1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Assistify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Assistify AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Assistify AI is an enterprise platform for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies. While the app is downloadable by the public, access is restricted to authorized residents and staff of licensed Customer organizations.
3. User Accounts
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (Name, Address, Email).
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
4. User Content and Ownership
Your License to Us
You retain ownership of the content you submit (tickets, photos, messages). However, by submitting content, you grant ConneXing LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content to provide the service.
HOA Administration & Rights
You acknowledge that your account is associated with a Customer Organization (your HOA). As such, that Organization has the right to access, edit, retain, or delete your content (including tickets and messages) as part of their official community records and governance processes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Assistify AI to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app or our AI models.
- Harass HOA board members, staff, or other residents.
6. AI Disclaimers
AI Assistant (RAG)
Our AI Assistant provides answers based on documents uploaded by your HOA. These answers are for informational purposes only. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify critical information against official HOA documents.
AI Agents
Our deterministic AI Agents process tickets based on policies configured by your HOA. Final decisions (approvals/rejections) are based on these pre-set rules or administrator review.

AI outputs do not constitute legal or professional advice.
7. Intellectual Property
ConneXing LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Assistify AI platform, including our software, designs, and AI workflows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConneXing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service relies on third-party providers, including AWS, OpenAI, and Google. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
